If studios had any brains Michael Powell's Age of Consent, with James Mason as Norman Lindsay (the real-life painter also played by Sam Neill in Sirens) and a zaftig young Mirren as his model who spends most of the movie swimming nude, would be in stores right now.
Despite Scorsese's best efforts, the mainstream still seems to treat Michael Powell as though he's radioactive. Unless there is no good print available or it's tied up in some kind of rights litigation, I'd think Criterion would be all over it.

There was a great line in "Coupling" where the guys are talking about their celebrity crushes and Jeff brings up Helen Mirren. The other guys are surprised (thinking she's a little old for them) until Jeff explains that you're always sure to get a nude scene in a Mirren movie: "That woman can't keep her top on! It's like her breasts are afraid of the dark!"
I'm not criticizing Mirren's choices (I don't think the show was either, for that matter.) Just thought it was funny.
