My Damn Channel
What's so wonderful about My Damn Channel? It's okay, it's fine...but I'm not getting the accelerated pulse-rate thing. This background piece by Time's Rebecca Winters Keegan doesn't quite explain the mystique of it either.

The wonderful thing is that it's Harry Shearer, who had been - like Max Headroom - always a few minutes ahead of whatever medium he's worked in. If Will Farrell and Pearl can make a difference, then certainly Shearer deserves a shot.
