No, I'm being genuine. A lot of us spend the day venting ourselves in the comments section and then have a hard time stopping. I am guilty of that. He's got some other stuff on youtube but it's mostly just mediocre little videos. His longer films as more much serious but too long for youtube.
Matthew - I agree. It's a beautiful movie and I really don't think the quote is even that great. Somehow it just took off.
I hope this quote doesn't overshadow the film in the general public's eye (like The Shining, with most people only recalling the Nicholson head-in-the-door scene).
We get that you think this is the next big catchphrase Jeff but you're destroying the legit appeal of this film by constantly offering up easy-joke garbage like this.
Yeah OK MILKSHAKE HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH HOOO HOOO get over it already, it's a great film and deserves more than the catchphrase treatment, which is what you're trying to engineer here before the general public even gets a chance to see it.

I love how hardly anyone has seen TWBB, and the Milkshake line has not registered at all on the national radar, yet somehow there's a "backlash" among the 300 internet film nerds quoting it...
I enjoyed it. I haven't been able to find the audio for "DRAAAAIIIINAGE" since seeing the movie last month, so thank you. Not sure how people can be tired of the milkshake bit yet seeing how it's isolated to websites like this. At least wait until the low thread counters start using it, dawg.
Gentlemen, I am a YouTube video maker. When I say that I will make a YouTube video making fun of the milkshake thing, I will do it. These other YouTube videomakers may say they will do it, but when it comes to the showdown, they'll be updating their Facebook pages or looking at hentai.
