Clinton and Obama debate tonight at The University of Texas at Austin.

Thursday, Feb. 21, from 7-8:30 p.m. CST.

I'm working in Austin for a few months this winter (though this week I'm enjoying the sub-zero weather back home in the Midwest).

The fact that this debate is happening at all has been a big deal in Austin the past couple of weeks. Ordinarily the primary race is over by now, so ordinarily there's no point having a debate in Texas.

Tonight's debate could have a big influence on how Texas views the candidates.

Interesting numbers, I was also surprised that there were no stats for Hispanics in Ohio. I guess I'm so used to a large Hispanic population here in Oregon and West Coast, I assumed every state had a considerable Hispanic population.

Jeff: If my Red State goes for Obama after your Blue State didn't, I'm going to expect to see you in low-thread-count T-shirts from now until election day.
