How can a guy who has been a senator for over two decades not have a clue how to operate a computer? My own mother knows how to use her laptop. My old boss who swore by using cards to catalogue his vast film collections learned in less than a week how to turn on his computer, send email and search the Google.
McCain is a man who is stubborn against advancing himself.
And speaking of Vietnam - how could a country that hosts Miss Universe torture John McCain? Those people seemed mighty nice on Donald Trump's show. Are we positive people were really tortured in Vietnam? Maybe he just didn't want to go home. How could we have lost a war yet allowed Vietnam to host a beauty contest? Plus they get to pump oil out of Iraq. What sort of enemy were they? Am I to believe if we pull out of Iraq, in a few years they'll be having Miss Universe in Baghdad?
But does it top this bit of "deer in headlights" candor when he got asked about insurance companies refusing to pay for birth control while covering Viagra. Watch him LITERALLY squirm not wanting to answer the question before his people can give him a sound bite.
This is a man who is supposed to be able to handle tough choices with no fore warning?
So he can't work a computer and was near the bottom of his class -- is that important for a presidential candidate? Isn't it more important if we think he can do the job?
D.Z., did you just actually say John McCain lost Vietnam? He was sort of in prison for most of it. You are truly a dumb and miserable fuck.
As for these clips, I hope enough libs see that this is the kind of surly charm that might win McCain the general election, and stop trying to beat him with it. Beat his ideas, his horrible, horrible ideas.
At least he's honest....it doesn't matter if he can't operate a computer -- geez! Neither can my brother, neither can my older cousins, and I can name a bunch of people in my family that don't have one and get along just fine.

This is not the day to talk about John McCain.
This is the day to talk about John McClane.
Today is the 20th anniversary of Die Hard, after all. Recognize.

"Old and out-of-touch" worked pretty well against both Bush Sr. and Dole, as I recall.
...though there are "anti-elitist" types who'll view being borderline stupid and a technological dinosaur as assets.

Then eight seconds to say evasively "I don't know enough"

Viagra is covered, birth control is not ... that's a complex subject to not be informed about.

Fine, I went too far, even though that guy will probably do worse to other vets, if he's elected.
