HE has never been a place for hot-bod shots (and never will be), but this Helen Mirren still, taken recently in Southern Italy, is, I feel, given her decades and all, fairly stupendous. This is obviously a crop; here's the full thing.

Noticed her remarkable preservation in SHADOWBOXER, which is otherwise probably the worst movie I've ever seen.

Living refutation of everything Hollywood stands for-- hot when she was 19 and chubby (see Age of Consent on TCM sometime), hotter when she's 60.

Showed this picture to my wife, and she thought it was doctored. According to her, "the skin looks real, but not the suit." For what it's worth, I hope she's wrong.

Well, she was just in Reno. You must have missed her. A friend met her when she was down near Albuquerque and said she was lovely.

I've been in love with her for awhile. Even sat through National Treasure 2, what dreck, for her. But, I think that photo was doctored a bit as well. In the lower half of her body. I don't really care. I'll still watch anything she is in.

This pic is one of a series I saw on various sites yesterday (Defamer, GAwker, Superficial). She looked identical in all of them. So: no doctoring.

And BTW: Hubba Hubba

"Chubby" in Age of Consent?

No wonder women have body issues when they have deal with idiotic appraisals like that one. She's not even thick, but god forbid a woman doesn't have rock hard abs or she gets labeled fat by some.

Oh, bite me, I said chubby, not fat, don't accuse me inaccurately because your temper goes off before your reading comprehension is finished processing. She's definitely zaftig in that, soft and rounded beyond the movie actress norm, but it's Hollywood that has the absurd standards by which women have to be sticks, not me. In other words, READ MY FUCKING COMMENT I WAS ADMIRING HER.
