Cloverfield [BLU-RAY] (Paramount Home Entertainment, 6.3.2008)
Disguised under deliberately goofy, yet deliciously edible-sounding, aliases such as Cheese and Slusho, Matt Reeves'
Cloverfield was produced and rushed into theaters under an equally appetizing shroud of secrecy. From last year's incredibly elusive Super Bowl ad to the film's viral marketing campaign,
Cloverfield had everybody scratching their heads and drooling in anticipation. Aside from the as-yet untitled title and the
Blair Witch-ian visual style, the film's biggest appeal was the enigmatic creature who was last (un)seen hurling the decapitated head of the Statue of Liberty onto the crowded streets of New York City. Tom Oneil was not trying to helpful. If you actually research what Oneil has written about Jolie you will see he is normally very negative about her. Tom ONeil just use another method to attack her. He knew exactly what was going to happen. So Mr Wells you also take some of the blame that Ms Jolie will not be judged fairly.

alero is right. Tom O'Neil hates Angelina Jolie. Just go back in the archives of The Envelope and read the blatant hate this man has for her as a woman and as an actress. Tommy is afterall senior editor of the trash In Touch Weekly which barely goes a week without some cockamamie story about Jolie and without her picture on its cover. Jossip.com takes pride in dissecting In Touch's lies in it's weekly tabloid review.
I have not seen Changeling so I don't know if Jolie deserves a nod or not but Tom is definitely not her champion.
