Needs Some Time
Lawrence O'Donnell is predicting that former Secretary of State Colin Powell will soon endorse Barack Obama and thereby hammer "the final nail" into the McCain candidacy. Powell has been reportedly leaning toward this since last summer. Mulling, sorting it all through, weighing pros and cons. Powell needed to see all three debates before making a decision? Will he wait another week? Two? I don't respect the dilly-dally.

I don't mind him waiting another week - it will stem the possible underdog tidal wave that occurs the last week before elections. This will work against any last minute gains McCain may make leading up to 11/4. I don't think it's a dilly-dally at all - it's an orchestration by Obama camp to keep the momentum on their side coming out of this last debate.

I hope he DOES wait longer... Obama already has momentum so this would just be piling on, while maybe next week it will have more of an impact.
