Cloverfield [BLU-RAY] (Paramount Home Entertainment, 6.3.2008)
Disguised under deliberately goofy, yet deliciously edible-sounding, aliases such as Cheese and Slusho, Matt Reeves'
Cloverfield was produced and rushed into theaters under an equally appetizing shroud of secrecy. From last year's incredibly elusive Super Bowl ad to the film's viral marketing campaign,
Cloverfield had everybody scratching their heads and drooling in anticipation. Aside from the as-yet untitled title and the
Blair Witch-ian visual style, the film's biggest appeal was the enigmatic creature who was last (un)seen hurling the decapitated head of the Statue of Liberty onto the crowded streets of New York City. All we knew about the mysterious beast was that it was big and angry. Now that the highy-anticipated project has come and gone, one question has fortunately been answered:
Cloverfield was a major success.

I'm all for free speech, but he couldn't articulate what his poster meant. "It's not the right time," for a black president. For a democratic president? Sad that people like this really don't have a clue. As if things will be rosie if McCain wins.

He wasn't so bad, really. In a Thomas Haden Church playing an ignorant sad-sack republican kind of way.

That was lame without seeing his sign.
IN my opinion, McCain supporters are way harsher than Obama's. I have an Obama sign up in my yard and have had 3 nights where a nice amount of used sunflower seeds was dumped on my property. Our neighborhood Obama signs getting stolen, ripped up, etc. I guess McCain supporters are super desperate.
Can only imagine what will happen in the big cities if Obama somehow loses though. Will make Rodney King look like a walk through a playground.

nevermind it does show the sign
it would have been way cooler if all the obama supporters had just completely ignored the guy..but he accomplished what he wanted when they got all riled up

"It's not the right time." That's what they said about ending slavery and segregation and giving women the right to vote.
