All this does is re-circulate the same bogus rumors that have been floating around for ages. Yawn.

What irritates me is the reference to someone who said they weren't as moved as they wanted to be. The lesson should have been learned already... the more "buzz" that is built around a film the studio is hell-bent on keeping secret, the more inevitable the disappointment is as pre-conditioned expectations aren't lived up to. Sounds like we've got another Munich on our hands.

Yes, I loved that film. It was a great, exciting poltical thriller and all of the performances were excellent, especially Bana. Beautifully shot and cut with some of the rawest, most believable shoot-outs in recent memory. I think it's one of the top five movies that The Beard has ever done. He also didn't fuck up the ending as he's been prone to do. Roth and Kushner's screenplay was morally probing, intelligent, and extremely well researched.

I know you didn't like it much and took exception to a lot of what happened in the film but I thought it was incredible.
