Bohemian: FOX had the rights, so it did nothing wrong. Squatting is when a company steals the rights, after someone else loses it. WB should've been more careful about its money trail, but it was hoping to milk the 300 director guy. Anyway, if Wikipedia is correct, Moore's been screwed out of residuals from the comic for a while now, so it's simply poetic justice.
