Reaction from media screenings to Day the Earth Stood Still last week in London were so bad that Fox apparently went and cancelled press screenings this week. Word was that the first ten minutes were "interesting", after that it was a complete mess.

LA Film critics awards were crazy. Good for WALL-E and HAPPY GO LUCKY though. Also I enjoyed this retarded part of the Hollywood Reporter article: "Viola Davis, who played the naive nun in "Doubt," was runner-up."
