How L.A. typical - NY gets the Ziegfeld whereas here in LA it's in one of the smaller theaters of the Landmark.
And for those who were thinking they would try to see it - if you don't have tickets already, forget it. It is now sold out for the rest of the run, including the the afternoon show.
Ah yes, the classic double feature. One about a murderous thug who ordered the deaths of innocent people yet was somehow considered a "hero". The other about true heroes tryiing to prevent the deaths of innocent people by murderous thugs.

Now I want to see Ziegfeld Vs. Che, the story of a showman trying to fill the stage with beautiful girls and the implacable revolutionary trying to put an end to such decadent bourgeois frivolity. I hear the scene where Fanny Brice blows up a train is amazing.
Oregon Ed: It'll play Salem, Oregon on IFC in about six months.

I'm really looking forward to this, but am wondering when and if it'll even play in Salem, OR.

So how many actual BD discs did TDK sell in all? WB seems to be trying to hide the format being a failure. http://www.variety.com/article/VR1117997522.html?categoryid=13&cs=1
