Blago Goes Down

Gov. Rod Blagojevich "says, 'walk a mile in his shoes.' Well, if I were innocent and I were in his shoes, I would have taken that witness stand and I would have testified and I would have told you why I was innocent. The governor didn't do that." -- comment about today's action that removed the Illinois governor from office.

He's still in office until the legislature actually votes in the impeachment proceedings to remove him - isn't that right?

Oh, I see. They did already hold the impeachment vote. I'm a little behind the news.

As someone posted on another blog, the guy's a disgrace. I'll bet the people of Illinois that voted for him are spinning in their graves.

I'm glad our governor is out, but I actually agree with him about the impeachment trial. The whole thing was a farce and was more interested in rubber stamping his conviction in the media than letting him put forth an actual defense. He's probably as guilty as sin, but that doesn't mean that this was the right way to do it.

I should have put it in quotation marks. I was referring to the snappy comment about dead folks voting in Illinois.

At the moment, you'll have a feeling of proud. The articles by China's manufacturers are not only in a good quality, but also in a great many of quantity, and in a very lower price. For example, a same suit Made in China, might marked five to ten dollars that would cost one hundred dollars that made in Western countries. Many people couldn't afford for it but Chinese goods are most popular now than ever before. The popularation of Chinese objcets is almost covered the market place all over the world, including the European and American markets.
