It's been a while since Tykwer has had a hit. Hope The International does it for him. He showed tremendous potential with films like Run Lola Run and Heaven.

I'm still really looking forward to seeing The International but damn is that American trailer limp. I recommend everyone seek out the European trailer which is about 300% better.
I thought Perfume was a return to form for Tykwer so I hope he continues on his current streak. Actually, I think "Heaven" is really his only major misstep as a director.
Burma, you are right, of course. But there is just no reason why they both shouldn't be bigger stars. I think they are both really great actors. Is there such a thing as being too beautiful?
