Voice - when he decides to deal with the BS again.
That's the thing about the commercial directors who do features as opposed to the music video guys - they seem to enjoy their "day jobs." Plus, when the commercial doesn't work, the blame goes to the product.

I'm sure that performance inspired Ralph Fiennes in In Bruges. My favorite is his comeback on the train which was edited out but which is included in the deleted scenes on the DVD ("If I'd wanted a f***ing conversation...")
