In view of LexG having posted a teardown video of jeffmcm on the Hot Blog, is this the beginning of a YouTube flame war between these two? I'm not in this, but you can't say it's not faintly amusing.

rr3333 -- "McDouce" is a guy ("Jeffmcm") who was banned from HE by Wells about a year ago. LexG is the very outspoken (and often brilliantly funny) guy who mostly posts comments over at The Cold Blog but sometimes makes appearances over here at HE.

LexG has painted a more compelling picture of loneliness and self-loathing on the hot blog than I've seen in movies in a long time. If it's all an act, it's a good one. If not, it still keeps me reading. And I don't think the clip is that creepy, I think LexG is onto something in a strange way. I don't know how many people read HE and Poland, but I assume it's a few, and he has his own column and presumably a fairly large audience on the blogs. Most people think he's a moron on some level, but he might just be building a clever act here. It's a strange new age in entertainment, and who knows where he'll take this stuff. I'd read a book if he wrote one, and I think the mcm-LexG-Poland-Wells dust-up could make for an interesting film about movie/celebrity-worship and the blogosphere. Seriously. I'm just not sure who the audience would be supposed to sympathise with. But the characters are clearly defined, the conflicts both hillarious and sad, and all of it is built on a foundation of love of movies, which ironically makes people hate each other rather than come together. In fact, consider this a pitch! Don Murphy, I can write the shit out of this, and you could have an awesome cameo as yourself. So could many celebrities, and locations could be all over the world including the Cannes Film Festival. As for casting... Suggestions?

Jeffmcn was banned for his political expressions. For example he would point out something like the fact that Obama is getting a total free pass on his gay marriage stance. He would point out that a guy in Hollywood had to step down from his job for holding such a belief, but the world has collectively shrugged since Trump brilliantly pointed it out yesterday. He would also point out that more than half of all Americans are in agreement with the president and the majority of Californians voted against it. Stuff like that.

IMO that video is pretty hysterical if you follow the players on the blogs. JeffMCM is one of the most obnoxious people I've encountered on the internet. I hol him responsible for cultivating DZ into what he is today by giving him the attention he obviously desires.

Extremely glad JeffMCM left here. LexG can be annoying but he can be very funny at times as well.

BTW I do not believe he was banned from H-E, but chose to leave because he didn't approve of Wells' views or behavior on the blog. Or something stupid like that.
