Not An Accident?
Movieline's Stu Van Airsdale has posted a smart summary of the evolving investigation into the recent death of David Carradine. Suspicions of foul play are growing (i.e., who bound Carradine's hands?), Carradine's family has hired lawyer Mark Geragos and superstar forensic pathologist Michael Baden to look into things on its behalf and the FBI has gotten involved.
"Thai investigators essentially ruled out the possibility of foul play after interviewing hotel staff and reviewing surveillance footage of the corridors near Carradine's room," Stu reports. But Extra's Jerry Penacoli said on a recent Larry King Show interview that he's spoken to the director of the film Carradine was shooting in Thailand "at length" and that the director "said that he believes that there was foul play.
"And he said that no one else knows this but his family -- Carradine's family and friends and people closest to him, but David was very interested in investigating and disclosing secret societies."

Uh-oh...
For what it's worth, when I initially heard the (still conflicting) info that his hands were done-up as well, my main assumption was that he was doing this with the assistance of a "professional" (I mean... he WAS in Bangkok, guys) it went bad and the pro fled the scene.

i think that's affirmative. Shitty way to go, but also pretty sketchy for his family to go to these lengths to "clear his name," while at the same time dragging it out in the press even longer.
seems like a pr campaign to at least put doubt in peoples minds, and also ensure his legacy will always have this mystery surrounding his death.

His family sounds as screwy as he seems. There's no secret society. The ex-wife backs practically backs up the claim that he did kinky sex and incestuous sex with relative(s). The guy was just a closeted freak that's all.

i saw the picture on another site,dude was draped in a fishnet stocking, way out there kind of guy, met him at mirabelle on sunset a few years ago, vacant eyes, like he was looking at a ghost that only he could see...family's looking at a big payout if its murder or accidental, double jepordy i think,,,,
