Me too. Captain EO is gone. I never thought I would out live the fucker. Brilliant entertainer. He owned the 80's, like it or not. And for Farrah Fawcett I urge HE readers to look at her movie EXTREMITIES where she plays a victim of a break-in who turns the tables on her attacker. Awesome feral performance of someone past her breaking point. Really good stuff. R.I.P...to both.
The Fawcett article isn't online, but Ryan brags about hitting on a hot blonde at Farrah's funeral -- only to find out it was his daughter Tatum. Didn't even recognize her. Tatum confirmed the story, saying that's their relationship in a nutshell.
Re SnarfTheFierce's link to AV CLUB:
Maybe its time for WB to put out BARRY LYNDON on Blu-Ray so people can remember Ryan O'Neal for something besides the VANITY FAIR article.

Ryan O'Neal's comments in the Fawcett memorial article are the stuff of immediate legend. What an utter and complete scumbag. Proudly so, it seems.

The right photo: how Michael looked
The left photo: how Michael wished he looked
Snarf: since there's no link to the articles (and I'm too lazy to poke around the vf site), is there a particularly memorable O'Neal quote to share?
