Dunno how many got a chance to see it already or not, but this week's "South Park" pulled a twofer on this particular angle: A BRUTAL takedown of Beck and his "Tea Party" followers and an even more direct slap at... well, it shouldn't be spoiled: http://www.southparkstudios.com/episodes/251890

The "South Park" ep was great, especially when you consider that Parker & Stone are not raging lefties or H'wood liberals -- they're on the conservative side of libertarian more often than not. I've always seen Cartman as more like Limbaugh than Beck, but whatevs.
Rupert is projecting (and so is Beck). He reminds me of a landlord I once had who was out to cheat everyone he crossed paths with, so naturally he assumed everyone was out to cheat him (which in turn justified his attempts to cheat them).

The words of a vile, greed-driven scumbag who's hurt this country immeasurably ever since he created the Republican Party's propaganda network, otherwise known as the Fox News Channel.

cinefan: Oh, and he owes us an apology for Dragonball: Evolution.
Did Murdoch actually say that he was referring to Beck when he said "he was right", or is that the editor's interpretation? He could equally have meant Obama, couldn't he?
In any case there's a difference between being a racist and making a one off comment that can be construed as racist. I believe Murdoch was putting Obama in the latter camp.

Well, look at the bright side: at least now Google searches will no longer link to any Murdoch-owned news content...

I'd rather watch Weird Al's Version of The Doors 'Soul Kitchen' than watch Glenn Beck.
