I purposely never saw The Switch because of the mostly negative buzz, but this deleted scene, taken from the extras menu on the just-out DVD/Bluray, is rather well-written. (The script is by Allen Loeb.) And Todd Louiso, as always, is perfect.

The movie really isn't very good, feels lopsided, nothing special, two hours of Bateman yammering and stammering, etc...

BUT... is this the longest theatrical-to-DVD window in modern history? I would've sworn this thing came out in August of *2009*, but even at its actual drop date of August 2010, how many movies in this day and age take a whopping SEVEN months to hit disc? Saw an ad for the BluRay on TV last night and couldn't believe it's coming out the same week as THE FIGHTER, which just came out 2.5 months ago.

It is the best Jennifer Aniston movie I've ever seen! Of course, that is faint praise. Yet I found it surprisingly enjoyable when my wife dragged me to see it in theaters. It deserved to do much better at the box office.

Are we still going to feel sorry for Aniston when she's 50, single, and still does not have children? Boo hoo. Anyone who dates John Mayer for any length of time deserves what she gets.

Let's call it the way it is. She hit life's lotto. A mediocre actress at best (and thats being generous), who still gets work, even though her movies (without any bankable male co-star) MAKE NO MONEY!

Huh. I hated it. A hundred minutes of dull melancholy. That kickboxing line would have been the funniest line in the movie had it been in there.

I thought it'd be a comedy.
