I can't decide if that looks more like Nickelodeon slime, Ghostbusters ectoplasm, or expired guacamole from Pedro's down the street.
But, at any rate, I wouldn't eat that.

I've had green tea ice cream, and it's never been satisfying. It's not that it didn't fill me, but it just never tasted like a legit ice cream flavor.
