White Lotus creator/showruner Mike Whitehallucinated the entire storyline” of season 3….born of a fever dream.

For the behavior of Jason Isaacs‘ Tim Ratliff character alone, I already hate White. And I didn’t start season 3 feeling this way. I began with feelings of hope and intrigue. I’d been fairly happy with the Sicily season.

Jon Gries (“Gary” or Greg): “Whatever you think you know [is coming in the finale], you’re probably wrong.”

@curiouslymedia I am NOT prepared for the White Lotus finale… What are your predictions? #whitelotus #mikewhite #charlottelebon #parkerposey ♬ original sound – Curiously

I don’t want anyone to die in The White Lotus‘s season finale, or even to suffer. I realize that gorillas aren’t indigenous to Thailand, but I wouldn’t exactly mind if someone were to chopper three or four silverbacks into the resort’s vicinity so they could hunt down Mike White and beat him up.

That said, the idea of just one White Lotus character dying in Sunday’s 90-minute season finale doesn’t seem like enough. Not to me. Too many pots of rage and frustration have been boiling without a hint of coming catharsis. Not fair, not right.

Herewith are HE’s most despised White Lotus characters.

1. Jason Isaacs‘ Timothy Ratliff, for the crime of doing and saying nothing over seven full episodes after learning that the FBI is after him.
2. Natasha Rothwell‘s Belinda Lindsey…for the crime of being dumb as a rock.
3. Tayme Thapthimthong‘s Gaitok, for the crime of being a pathetic little pussy security guard.
3. Aimee Lou Wood‘s Chelsea, for the crime of not fixing the gap in her front teeth.
5. Sam Nivola‘s Lochlan Ratliff, for the crime of being a general candy-ass.

I would have loved it if Timothy’s lawyer, Chuck (Scott Galloway), had flown to the resort in order to force his client to face up, crawl out of his denial hole and talk legal strategy.
