On top of which Bill Maher is rich and I’ve become relatively poor, thanks in no small part to industry banshees and the unhinged insanity of the identity-focused left since ‘19 or thereabouts. So there’s that.

Corrections: I meant to say (a) we were both “raised by liberal families who discussed politics at the dinner table” and (b) that Kenny was “raised by an Irish-Italian family.”
A fossil is someone who no longer lives…who has no real juice left in his/her system or luminosity in his/her spirit …someone vaguely akin to a prehistoric insect in amber…I know many nice people who are mostly just going through their moderate paces and everyday routines, who have pretty much ceased to create or discover or experience any sort of fresh adventure or challenge…no way in hell do I qualify in this regard. Glenn Kenny wishes he had a fraction of my primal pizazz. I am as alive now as I was at age 19 or 39, and sharper than ever before.
