Every visitor to Savannah takes a snap of the Mercer-Williams-Spacey home. The problem is that I can’t even remember Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. All I recall is that Spacey was pretty good but the reviews weren’t so hot.
Marc Jacobs always charges through the nose. Can you imagine paying through the nose for this outfit…for a pair of grease-stained, too-short, gas-station-attendant pants, a nothing T-shirt, a nothing jacket, and a pair of standard-issue U.S. Army boots?
Notice the slight sag in the second-floor beams. 98% of Americans would say “whoa, that’s bad…needs repair.” I say it’s good. It means the building’s original beams, which are probably 150 years old if not older, are still there. It means the building has character.
