Six hours hence I’ll tap out a couple of relatively short reviews of (a) Rodrigo Sorogoyen’s The Beloved, the Javier Bardem-starring father-daughter film-set drama, and (b) James Gray’s Paper Tiger, a tragic, family-driven crime drama set in various crummy areas of Queens and Brooklyn.
