An angry Tsarni that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, and his older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, “do not deserve to live on this earth” He called the brothers “losers” and said that Tamerlan “absolutely deserved” to be shot and killed.
